How do you ensure the quality of your ice?

We use purified water to make our ice, and we regularly clean and maintain our equipment to ensure the highest quality ice.

What is the ice type/options?

Crescent, at this time; BinCubes will be expanding into various other types in the future.

What is your pricing?

Our pricing varies based on the membership level you choose.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all forms of credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, XRP, DOGE, SHIB)

What day of the month do you process my monthly membership payment?

We process payment on the same day every month from the date you first signed up

How do I access the lobby?

You will be prompted to upload our mobile app which will allow you access into our lobby

Will my membership allow me to access any BinCubes location?

Yes, once your membership is active you will have access to all BinCube locations nationwide.

Is there a contract associated with setting up a membership with BinCubes?

No, we do not work on contractual terms. You can cancel your membership at any time.

What hours are you open?

You will have 24/7 access under our Monthly Membership program

Is there a limit on the amount of ice I can get at any given time?

NO, you are allowed to get unlimited ice 24/7

What happens if I allow another individual to access the building?

You will be viewed on camera doing so and your card will be charged a $50 fee. Your membership is for you and you alone

What happens if I get ice for a non-member?

You will be viewed on camera doing so and your card will be charged a $50 fee. Your membership is for you and you alone

How will you know if a non-member accesses the building?

Every member will have a profile built in our App which allows you to access the locked door. Then your profile will be verified through our security cameras
